Product settings

Description settings

  • Language: Select the language for which you are up to enter the details.
  • Name*: Set the name of the product.
  • URL: Here you can set the text uesd in the URL for this prodcut.
  • Description: Fill in the short description of the product in this input-field.
  • Description long: This is the full description of the product.

General settings

  • Code*: Set the code of the product in this obligated input-field.
  • Brand:
  • Published From / Till: If checked, this option will set the state of the product to "published". Set the dates of the "From - Till" options for a customized publication.
  • Vendorprice: Input-field for the vendor's price.
  • Userprice: Here you can set the price for the users.
  • Promotionprice: Enter the promotional price in this input-field. You should check the "Force promotion" option if there is no specific promotional price.
  • New: Check this option if you also want the product to be listed under the category "new" products.
  • Force promotion: This option should be checked if the product has to be listed under the promotions but has no promotional price.
  • Availability: Select the availability of the product. The availability is set to "Normal" by default.
  • Stock: Enter the amount of this product in stock in this input-field.

Categories

All products belong to 1 or more categories, this option gives you the possibility to set the links between the categories and the products. You only have to check the categories on the lowest level, the product automatically apears in the parent categories type 'normal'. You also have to choose 1 maincategory to avoid that searchengines find duplicate pages.

Images

This is where you got the possibility to upload the image(s) that you want to associate with the product you are editing. Click on the "Add uploadfield" link to add additional images. Confirm with the "Save changes" button.

Files

Here you can upload files to associate with the product you are editing. To upload more then one file you got to click on the "Add uploadfield" link. Confirm with the "Save changes" button.

This option allows you to associate products to the one you are editing. Every product that was added will be listed under the "Related products". To remove a related product you have to click on the remove icon (the red cross) that follows the related product .
