Shop

The "Shop" module is only available in combination with the "Catalog" module. It will allow the visitors to purchase on-line the products that are available in the "Catalog".

To activate the "Shop" module you have to enter the "Catalog's Standard settings" (1st tab in the module settings of the catalog) and check the "Use shop" option at the end of the list. As the Shop module can only be used in combination with the catalog module you will find the controlpanel-features of the shop in the same section as the catalog's features. Check out the "Shop settings" to learn more about the possibilities of the Shop module.

If a visitor wants to purchase some product(s) from your catalog he will first have to login. In order to let the visitor do so, you will need to add a box of the type "Customer login". Add also a box of the type "Shoppingcart". The "Shoppingcart" givs the visitor a permanent control over his purchases. All the settnigs regarding the "Customer login" and the "Shoppingcart" are listed under the "Shopping settings".
